How To Get Pregnant Fast!

Starting a family is a common desire for many people these days. One thing many people seen to not understand is that getting pregnant is not an overnight process. Many times couples spend months, if not years, trying to get pregnant with no success. Sometimes having difficulty getting pregnant is due to male and female reproductive issues. When trying to get pregnant is of vital importance to understand that this is a “marathon” for people. Those that do not keep this in mind find themselves under undue stress and many times become anxious about the whole process, which in and of itself hurts the process of getting pregnant. This is why I have decided to include some ways in which couples can increase their chances of getting pregnant quickly.

Smoking has been known for a long time to have negative effects on a pregnancy. I have recently read some research that shows that smoking has negative effects on both male and female reproductive abilities. In men, smoking decreases the amount of sperm as well as the sperm vitality. In women not only does smoking negatively harm the fetus but is has been shown that women who smoke need a longer time to become pregnant. When trying to get pregnant it is vital to avoid cigarette smoke at all costs!

The second important factor in getting pregnant is the stress level that you experience. It is quite possible to decrease your stress level, without medications, and at the same time increase the likelihood of getting pregnant. All too often we encounter stressful situations in our daily lives and we even create stress sometimes. It is important to decrease the amount of stress in your life. It is advised to avoid situations and people that may stress you out during this process. I have found that by following this simple rule I was able to get pregnant. All I had to do was realize that I just needed to calm down and reduce the negative stimulants in my life. After I tried this getting pregnant was very easy.

The third important factor in getting pregnant is the topic of food consumption and having excess weight. Being overweight affects the rhythmicity of your menstrual cycles and also decreases the likelihood of getting pregnant. While it is important, if you are overweight, to lose some extra pounds it is not recommended that you try a starvation diet. The idea is that eating healthy foods, in moderate amounts is a healthy way to start to lose some pounds and increase your chances of getting pregnant. Adding mild to moderate amounts of exercise will also aid in losing those unwanted pounds by boosting your metabolic rate. Metabolic rate is also raised by eating 3 meals a day. All too often people think that by not eating regularly they are actually helping themselves. As the reproductive tract needs nutrients to flourish no eating regularly actually lessens the chances of getting pregnant.

Fourthly, knowing your menstrual cycle can be very helpful when getting pregnant. Many women know that the 5 days before ovulation is the most likely time to be able to conceive. There are ways of detecting when this time is approaching. For instance, basal body temperature monitoring or cervical mucus testing are great ways to predict. By putting in a little effort you can greatly increase your chances of getting pregnant.
